Matthew Higgins is a business development consultant and key point of contact for executives, property managers, housing developers, and insurance agents who are seeking insurance products for public and affordable housing organizations in the western United States.

A licensed property and casualty producer, Matt is also a certified Public Housing Manager, a member of the Board of Directors for Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals, and serves on the Meriden, CT, Flood Control Implementation Agency.

A 2020 graduate of Mount Saint Mary College, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management.
